Managed by Moore & Brown Marketing Consultants located in Upstate South Carolina working in conjunction with US Congressman Bob Inglis, and the V A homeless voucher program HUD/VASH. Benefiting organizations that help the homeless Veterans in the Upstate SC and Western NC areas.
